This agent is extremely dishonest and unethical. Debbie Garrett represented me as the buyer in a sale. She agreed to do something for me on a gratis basis then abruptly changed her mind and claimed her broker would not allow her to do it. He in fact did not allow her to do it, but she knew that prior to making the offer to me. She has been an agent for a long time. She quotes "contract law" and "ethics" as her mantra. But she does not practice the ethics part.
